He holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from PICT-SITM, Pune University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the University of Pune.

Throughout his career, Gaurav has worked with leading corporate hospital groups like Wockhardt Hospitals, overseeing key verticals such as marketing, sales, branding, credit business, collections, recovery, and insurance networking and empanelment. He played a pivotal role in establishing sales and marketing operations across multiple cities, including Nagpur, Mumbai, Nashik, Goa, Surat, and Rajkot, significantly contributing to revenue growth.

Recognized for his strategic acumen and administrative skills, Gaurav has successfully managed relationships with government agencies, insurance companies, and private corporations. As a founding force behind MedCash HealthTech Pvt. Ltd., he has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction and supply chain decisions.

At just 32 years old, Gaurav envisioned the creation of MedCash HealthTech, and within four years, he propelled the company to new heights—serving 35 hospitals with a combined capacity of 2,397 beds and expanding its presence across three states.

Rajendra is a visionary leader with a mission to drive transformative change in healthcare. He holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the National Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

With over 22 years of experience in sales and marketing, portfolio management, and client relationship management, Rajendra has worked with leading multinational companies, demonstrating exceptional expertise in workforce management and business growth strategies. His strong conceptual clarity, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities have contributed to the development of impactful strategies that enhance business performance and healthcare accessibility.

Chinmay holds a master’s degree from the prestigious SIMSR (Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research), Mumbai. With over two decades of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, he has been instrumental in market sizing, competitive analysis, and strategic growth planning.

Chinmay has played a pivotal role in the expansion of Wockhardt Hospitals, helping drive growth across multiple locations. His expertise spans operations management, marketing, branding, P&L management, and international business development. A recognized leader in the startup ecosystem, he also serves as a Fellow and Program Leader for Startup Leadership Programs.

A dynamic entrepreneur and visionary healthcare professional, Chinmay has been associated with MedCash HealthTech Pvt. Ltd. since its inception. His strategic insights and operational expertise continue to drive the company’s success and growth in the healthcare sector.

Sunil is a seasoned finance and healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience. A qualified Cost Accountant (ICWA), he has held leadership positions at renowned healthcare organizations, including Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd., HCG Cancer Hospital, and American Oncology Institute, Nagpur.

With extensive expertise in hospital operations and financial turnaround, Sunil has played a pivotal role in establishing multiple hospitals within the Wockhardt Group across Nagpur, Goa, and Nashik. His deep operational acumen enables hospitals to enhance performance, streamline processes, and improve overall profitability.

At MedCash HealthTech Pvt. Ltd., Sunil leads hospital operations, process audits, and gap analysis, ensuring efficiency and financial optimization.
